Jacquie Rogers

Jacquie Rogers is an award-winning author who lives in Seattle with her husband, cat, and lots of books. She writes in the fantasy and western genres, and has stories published in 13 different time periods. Currently, she has two releases: Down Home Ever Lovin’ Mule Blues, which is a contemporary western narrated by Socrates, a cogitating mule with matchmaking on his mind; and Faery Special Romances, a collection of ten heartwarming tales from 1199ad to the future, connected by the faery princess, Keely. All royalties from FSR go to Children’s Tumor Foundation, ending neurofibromatosis through research.

Jacquie is also co-creator (with Ann Charles) of 1st Turning Point, where authors and other artists teach, share, and learn about marketing and promotion.  Jacquie hosts the popular Meet the Parrots podcast, a how-to show about different aspects of promotion, and how an author or artist can make the best of available resources.
